There were no damages during delivery and it all the items that were listed in the details of the product. Now the actual textbook is just what I needed for my class. It is a good quality paperback, the textbook may be brand new but it opens and shuts like a dream because the front cover hasn't bent from turning even with a lot of use so far. The images in the book and the text being fairly large make this easy to understand.
